Radioimmunoassay Method for Detection of Hepatitis-Associated Antigen and Antibody.

摘要

Conditions of isotopic labeling,incubation and separation of the HAA radioimmunoassay were explored. Separation could be performed by centrifugation through a sucrose cushion,but this system offered no advantage over paper chromatoelectrophoresis. Antigen was detected more reliably with a human antibody than with a guinea pig antibody. Results obtained with this assay were similar to those obtained with a commercial solid phase radioimmunoassay.
