摘要

Research was performed in 4distinct areas,including:Design and construction of an isothermal-jacket microcalorimeter;preparation of microparticulate adsorbents from selected model materials;determination of the adsorption isotherms of selected native plasma proteins on the model adsorbents at two temperatures;and direct calorimetric measurement of the heat of adsorption of some of the selected native plasma proteins on the model adsorbents.
