An Analysis of the Design,Characteristics and Application of In vivo Detectors in Nuclear Medicine.

摘要

A family of in-vivo nuclear semiconductor detectors and in-vivo amplifiers have been developed for biomedical applications and their characteristics analyzed. The instruments have proved to be rugged,to operate at low potentials (20volts) and to maintain their characteristics over long periods of time. Additional analysis and experimental data are required to be able to fully exploit their potentialities as a clinical and research tool.
