摘要

The report is a complete upper extremity instructional manual prepared by the Prosthetics/Orthotics Education Program (POEP) at the University of California,Los Angeles (UCLA) to bring together up-to-date information regarding the state of the art in upper extremity prosthetics. It represents much research and clinical work;however,due to the rapid developments in the prosthetics field,it should be considered as the foundation for a continuously maintained text.
