Oral Hygiene Among Youths 12-17 Years, United States

摘要

Estimates of the Simplified Oral Hygiene Index (OHI-S) for noninstitutionalized youths aged 12-17 years in the United States are presented by age, sex, race, family income, education of head of household, and geographic region. A correlation analysis of the interrelation of oral hygiene, periodontal disease, and selected demographic characteristics is included.
