A Multivariate Model and Statistical Method for Validating Tree Grade Lumber Yield Equations

Lumber yields within lumber grades can be described by a multivariate linear model. A method for validating lumber yield prediction equations when there are several tree grades is presented in the report. The method is based on multivariate simultaneous test procedures.
