The purpose of this report is to recommend a site to be developed into a commercially acceptable campground, determine the market and competition for the proposed facility, indicate the major and some minor considerations in the design of campgrounds and specific facilities, and provide the rudiments of a cost estimate of the capital outlay required and manpower and management needs to operate the venture.
