This report documents the results of a survey of operating nuclear stations to determine the extent and seriousness of radioactivity buildup in nuclear plants;to access the value of the available data base for extrapolating observations to longer operating times;to define corrective options and associated R&D programs;and to define additional information gathering programs where needed.
