Evaluation of a number of existing HVAC load and energy computer programs with relation to:the accuracy of the programs;the complexity of the programs to implement;and the cost to utilize the programs;in order to determine whether any of the programs could be endorsed for use in meeting existing or promulgated State building codes for the design of new buildings and retrofit of existing buildings.
