摘要

This is a technical study of boiler efficiency in the use of gas,oil,and coal. It discusses cost-effective equipment additions and improvements,including heat-recovery devices and combustion controls,which controls,which could lead to greater efficiencies. Maximum attainable efficiencies using current technologies without consideration for cost are also reported.
