The guide provides a synopsis of the organ systems of the Mollusca,descriptions of the classes Polyplacophora and Gastropoda and a key to the Gastropoda of the Delaware Bay region. There follows descriptions of the classes Scaphopoda and Bivalvia with a key to the bivalve mollusca of the bay. The class of Cephalopoda and a key to the cephalopoda of the bay are included.
