The report consists of Historical Base Maps from the years 1764, 1783, 1805 and 1819, and supporting narrative, illustrating the physical development of Salem Maritime National Historical Site. Also included in the report is a bibliography and appendix. The appendix contains a list of the people who lived and worked in the vicinity of Derby Wharf in 1837.
