摘要

The report gives a detailed analysis of the performance,plant layout,capital cost,cost of electricity (COE),natural resource requirements,and emissions of three advanced energy conversion concepts. The concepts studied include two combined gas-steam turbine plants and one advanced steam plant. Development programs are proposed to bring the advanced conversion components to commercial status.
