Quality Control of Bonding in Building Construction.

摘要

The purpose of this manual is to provide guidelines for the establishment of suitable control programs for quality assurance. The program must involve essentially three areas of concern: (1) quality of the incoming materials, (2) manner in which the bonding is being carried out in the plant, (3) how the manufactured product is sampled and tested as a final check. This manual will provide guidelines in the following areas:factors influencing bond quality,organizing quality control functions,controlling quality of incoming materials,preparing materials for bonding,controlling bonding process,testing bonded product,sampling in quality control,troubleshooting problems,equipment and its use.
