The basic purpose of the Assessment of Water Systems, American Samoa, is to assist the Government of American Samoa in its water improvement programs by documenting and evaluating these programs. This report will also serve as a source of information for all interested congressional, federal and local agencies. In effect, it will establish a baseline for the water supply situation in American Samoa.
