摘要

The distribution and elimination of intravenously administered Methyl CCNU-14C (NSC 95441) was studied in female, weanling Yorkshire White Pigs. Elimination was slow (half life = 23.4 hours) and after 7 days an average of 73.20% was excreted via the urine and 3.29% via the feces. The urinary elimination percentage was then used to determine the amount of Methyl CCNU-14C absorbed after topical application. Among the whole organs sampled following intravenous administration, kidney, liver and adrenals had the highest specific activity levels of the random tissues sampled. An average of 2.609% of a topically applied dose of Methyl CCNU-14C was absorbed at the end of 7 days. Significant levels of radioactivity were also detected in skin surrounding the site of application.
