Analysis of Optimum Spectral Resolution and Band Location for Satellite Bathymetry

An analysis was performed to determine the optimum band width and location for the position of a satellite detector operating for the remote measurement of water depth. The effect of three different water types and five different atmospheric visibility conditions were determined for two detector types.
