Unobligated and Unutilized Reservoir Storage at Federally Controlled Dams,

This report discusses the kinds of storage in federally-constructed reservoirs and makes a general assessment of the likelihood of using reservoir storage for downstream instream flow releases. In addition,it identifies those reservoirs in the West which,according to the construction agency,contain some unutilized or unobligated storage. In each, a judgment is made about the possibility for securing instream flow releases.
