The Older Americans Act affirms the right of older people to 'an adequate income in retirement,' 'employment with no discriminatory personnel practices because of age,' and 'meaningful employment opportunities.' This booklet examines the extent to which these goals are being achieved and the resources for assisting older job seekers.
