Under the sponsorshop of the Municipal Operations Branch, the Operation, Maintenance, and Management manuals described on the following pages, were prepared by operations specialists with years of in-plant experience. This Bibliography presents a summary description of the data included in the manuals. It will be noted that a broad spectrum of key information is covered, ranging from descriptions of process components and guidelines for plant start-up, to troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and laboratory testing procedures. The materials are designed to assist operators, plant owners, consulting engineers and educators.
