摘要

Acoustic data on the distribution and abundance of nekton in JOINT-II area were collected in 1976. The methods of data collection and data processing are described. The data are summarized in maps of horizontal distribution and tables of biomass estimates the maps are based on. Sources of error in the estimates are discussed.
