Results of the Problem Identification Process Conducted by the Intergovernmental Science, Engineering, and Technology Advisory Panel (ISETAP)

The report presents the list of priority problems identified through the Intergovernmental Science, Engineering, and Technology Advisory Panel (ISETAP) Problem Consolidation Process. The Process was initiated in response to the Congressional charge to ISETAP to identify and set priorities on problems at the State and local level which science and technology might solve or ameliorate.
