This document consists of a compilation of four articles by Hotline International on the use of computers and the telecommunications systems to improve access to information in developing countries. The articles are: (1) How to gain access to information on Science and Technology for Development from Data Bases through Computer Telecommunications Systems; (2) Report of demonstration of computer access to data banks - 1979; (3) A plan for practical demonstrations of the transfer of information on Science and Technology for development via computer telecommunications; and (4) The augmentation of international conferences through computer communications.
