Standards of performance to control nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide emissions from new, modified, and reconstructed stationary gas turbines in the U.S. are being promulgated under section III of the Clean Air Act. This document contains information on the public comments made after proposal, EPA responses and differences between the proposed and promulgated standards.
