The aim of the report is to provide the basis for an understanding of the YAR's development issues and policies, and to serve as reference work for persons and institutions interested in the country's economic development. The report is in three parts. The Summary and Conclusions contain the principal conclusions of the missions. Detailed analyses are presented in the Main Report. Background information and data are given in the Annexes and Statistical Appendix.
