Preliminary Feasibility Study of Resource Recovery for Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem, North Carolina (Summary Volume - Phase I)

This report summarizes the pertinent activities of technical assistance rendered the Piedmont Triad Region; that is, the Greensboro, High Point and Winston Salem area. This study also gives an overview of the concern of citizens and officials in the development of resource recovery in the area and the conclusions reached by the Piedmont Triad Council of Governments subsequent to receiving technical assistance.
