Energy Analysis of Secondary Material Use in Product Manufacture

This study was prepared by the California State Solid Waste Management Board (SSWMB) under contract with the California State Energy Resource Conservation and Development Commission (ERCDC). The funding was made available by the Department of Energy to the ERCDC to support development of California's Energy Conservation Plan. As part of this plan, the report quantifies the savings from energy conservation in California by the efficient management and use of solid wastes and recyclable materials.
