The report presents the results of a site development study of the Port of Tacoma's Frederickson property. The intent of this study has been to provide a framework for future development of the site. The report outlines the background studies, on-site investigations, and alternative concepts which were discussed and refined into the preliminary recommendations for future site development of the Frederickson property.
