The report presents five pieces of sponsored research prepared by members of the academic community to assist the Commission in developing its Fifth Annual Report to the President and the Congress, transmitted in December 1979. In that report the Commission conveyed its findings and recommendations on youth unemployment, particularly young people in minority groups from low-income families. (NTIS Number PB80-189814).
