FREGRAF is a computer graphics program that is designed to produce a variety of graphic displays from the input and output data of FREQ6PE, a macroscopic freeway simulation model. This Programmer's Guide provides detailed information on the structure and function of the FREGRAF software. Another FREGRAF report presents an overview and some results of experiments with the system (Part 1). A User's Guide to FREGRAF is also available (Part 2).
