The purpose of the Center is to expand employment opportunities and to stimulate capital investment throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Center works with clients which exhibit the potential for the creation of new jobs and the retention of endangered existing jobs. The Center pursues its objectives through a program of business and community assistance activities. The report summarized the performance of the Center.
