Growing highway traffic and lack of proper maintenance are hastening the deterioration of roads - many of them donor-funded - throughout rural areas of the developing world. This illustrated report provides LDC highway agency maintenance personnel with guidelines for effective maintenance of unpaved, low-volume roads.
