In accordance with SRBCs 2008 Comprehensive Plan, as amended, the annual water resources program is the mechanism for implementing the Actions Needed listed in the Comprehensive Plan under six Priority Management Areas. Those management areas are listed below and serve as the foundation by which SRBC, the federal, state and local agencies, and the non-governmental organizations identify and catalogue their programs and projects within the Water Resources Program to help meet the water resource needs in the Susquehanna River Basin: 1. Water Supply (pp. 5-18); 2. Water Quality (pp. 19-52); 3. Flooding (pp. 53-66); 4. Ecosystems (pp. 67-80); 5. Chesapeake Bay (pp. 81-96); and 6. Coordination, Cooperation, and Public Information (pp. 97-112).
