摘要

Time shifted operation in concurrent implementation of digital signal processing algorithms is studied using modifications of the Petri net concept. Especially the interconnections in the so called feedback loops between time-shiftedly operating processors are investigated. Timing requirements for feedback variables are determined to guarantee efficient operation. It will be shown that even in pipelined implementations feedback interconnections from a stage to the previous one can be allowed, if the realization structure of the allgorithm meets certain specifications.
