Analysis of the Costs of the Job Counseling Component of the Seattle and Denver Income Maintenance Experiments

The objectives of this study are to determine the costs of the SIME/DIME job counseling program and to infer the costs of a permanent counseling program. Because the SIME/DIME program was designed to maximize job information over a relatively short time period, costs are higher than would be expected under a permanent job counseling program.
