Sites Recorded by the Agency for Conservation Archaeology (ACA) Eastern New Mexico University, Portales, New Mexico, during Operations on Federal Lands Controlled by the Department of the Interior Under Permit Number 79-NM-049

During the period covered 183 surveys were conducted on federal lands. These surveys 907.83 hectares of ground located in Eddy, Lea, Roosevelt, and Chaves Counties, New Mexico. In the course of these operations 19 sites were recorded. The majority of these sites can be attributed to Archaic or later Mogollon-related cultures.
