Preliminary Feasibility Study of Resource Recovery Opportunities for Cabarrus County, North Carolina

The report presents the results of a preliminary determination of the feasibility of resource recovery for the county. This determination involved an evaluation of the market potential for energy recovery; the development and evaluation of resource recovery alternatives; and the identification of the major tasks to be performed prior to deciding to implement a resource recovery project.
