摘要

A new and advanced computer program has been developed for the modelling of large networks of channels including flood plains, structures, etc. The structure and the facilities of the program are discussed. It has been applied for the construction of a mathematical model of large parts of the Parana and Paraguay rivers in Argentina and Paraguay.
