Areawide Waste Treatment and Water Quality Management Planning. Stream Use in Southern Illinois

摘要

The report identifies and locates 97 stream reaches in the 10-county Southern Illinois 208 area. Use of these stream reaches by the public is documented together with information regarding uses to which the public would like to put these stream uses in the future. Standard stream use categories developed by Illinois Environmental Protection Agency are used. Report data was transmitted to IEPA for agency use in the preparation of new water quality standards for Illinois streams.
