The purpose of this report is to provide information for the design of management and operations systems to effectively implement and control the collecion, storage, verification, and dissemination of emissions inventory information within the Texas Air Control Board (TACB). Part II includes three appendices to the Part I report: Emissions Inventory Data Requirements and General Collection Methodology, Emissions Inventory Data Dictionaries, and List of Phase II Interviewees.
