The functions for this module, as developed by the Users Committee, include the following: Scheduling of Patients; Cost Management; Medical Records Location; Patient Tracking; Generation of Notices and Lists; Generation of Management Reports; and Utilization Review. Appendices include a list of attendees at User Committee meetings; explanation of the Design Methodology used by Decisions and Designs, Inc.; sample forms, reports, and notices used in the manual system; and a matrix of data elements, reports, and screen displays for the automated central scheduling system.
