Draft Facilities Plan/Program, Proposed Sludge Management Program for the Los Angeles/Orange County Metropolitan Area

摘要

Development of sludge management facilities proposed for the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts, and Orange County Sanitation Districts is discussed in detail. Facilities are described for each agency to accommodate sludge loads projected to the year 2000. Policy actions, continuing research needs, and implementation schedules are also specified.
