Modeling Commercial Fishing Gear by the Method of Analog Mechanisms

摘要

The book deals with the problems of introduction of methods of analog mechanisms (simulation) in the study of the operation of commercial fishing gears. It examines theoretical principles of the method, sequence of operations and actual trials, experimental setup and the necessary equipment. Special attention has been paid to the use of the method of analog mechanisms in designing trawls which are the most important gears in modern fisheries and which account for more than half the catch of fish in the Soviet Union.
