摘要

The Decision Focus Incorporated (DFI) Energy-Economy Model used in this study is an integrating model designed in part to focus on two budget-related decisions. Specifically, the DFI model provides a robust but simple way of computing the benefits of successful R&D both in the aggreate and at the level of individual R&D projects.
