The Guide is intended to be used by Government employees responsible for obtaining motion picture or videotape productions from sources outside the Government. This Guide also describes the contribution each office or group must make if good productions are to be acquired effectively, at fair and competitive prices. Chapter II addresses the role of the program office; Chapter III addresses the role of the audiovisual management office; and Chapter IV describes the role of the contracting office.
