This document presents a collection of papers written by Center staff throughout, and at the conclusion of, the experiment. Topics addressed are (1) the non-corporate industrial innovation process; (2) implications of the innovation process for public policy, to stimulate technological innovation; (3) invention development services; (4) institutional barriers to university-based innovation centers; (5) new product screening decisionmaking; (6) comparison of models for use in new product screening decisions; and (7) the optimum number of evaluators to be employed to evaluate an innovative proposal.
