Physico-Chemical Basis of Grain Milling

摘要

This monograph is the first attempt towards the complex investigation of the grain milling processes. The experimental material of the grain studies due to similar investigations in the connected areas, has enabled the authors to draw some generalized inferences, making it possible to approach closer to the theory of grain milling processes and to identify the physico-chemical principles of these processes.
