Monetary Policy, Interest Rates, and Credit Allocation for Small Business

摘要

The report is an examination of special arrangements to increase the availability or to reduce the cost of credit for small business. The objective of the study was to develop an understanding of the measures and how they work, and to identify lessons which might be applicable if legislation is required to assure the availability of credit to small business.
