An Assessment of Personnel Training and Development within the Farmers Home Administration Multiple Family Housing Program

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Farmers Home Administration's training objectives and its training delivery system pertinent to the FmHA Multiple Family Housing Program. This study was initiated by first reflecting on the history of the FmHA and the Multiple Family Housing Program. Next is the assessment of the Agency's Personnel Training and Career Development system and in what way the training activity relative to Multiple Family Housing was coordinated with it.
