Shopping Center Feasibility Study, Blackfeet Indian Reservation, Browning, Montana

摘要

The purpose of the study has been to evaluate the market potential of a shopping center in Browning, Montana on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation. The impetus for the study grew from the Blackfeet Tribal government's determination that the Reservation population is not well served by the limited, scattered retail facilities in Browning. The proposed shopping center in Browning would service a trade area whose boundaries roughly coincide with the Blackfeet Reservation boundaries. Additional market support will be realized from Canadian and summer tourists.
